Here we say no to cloud based tools and tracking. I create useful applications that run directly on your own computer. Most of the resources today require logins and personal data. They are running on the cloud and can track whatever you do. Any data on the internet can be stolen and sold, period. I'm trying to put the control back into the hands of the users, one application at a time.
AYL is short for “Are you live?", hinting toward what the app does best: keeping you aware of the creators that matter to you the most. AYL never sends out any information. It only requests updates for the channels you’ve added and quietly listens for changes. No identity data, no hidden analytics, no background profiling. Even the planned donation system is being designed to be fully privacy‑safe, with no stored product keys and no stored personal information. We don't even track who has donated.
AYL is still evolving, shaped quietly by a small group of early testers. A wider public beta is on the way, and with it, the first real look at what AYL is all about.
